What is your return policy on custom products?
All custom sign products (vinyl lettering, printed decals, banners, aluminum & corrugated plastic signs) are manufactured individually to your design and specifications and are non returnable.
What is your return policy on pre-printed products?
All pre-printed sign products (that have not been customized by you) and sign accessories or hardware can be returned if unused and in good condition for a full refund (less shipping) for a period of 14 days. Please note, you'll be responsible return shipping to our facility.
What about sales tax?
All sales shipped within South Carolina will be subject to sales tax. For all items shipped outside of South Carolina, no sales tax will be charged. You'll be responsible for any "use tax" your city, state or county imposes.

Where do you ship?
Updated January 22, 2008 - Using our online checkout facility, we ship to any location within the United States. Unfortunately our online checkout does not currently support international orders. Should you wish to have a product delivered outside the US, we'll be happy to do so! Please email or phone and we'll determine shipping charges and arrange payment. In the meantime, don't forget to save your custom sign design!
I need my sign / vinyl lettering / banner installed, can you help?
If you're in located South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia, we may be able to help, please save your design and use the "contact" link at the top of the page. A representative will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your needs.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
All custom made and ready-made products (signs, banners, vinyl lettering, decals and accessories) are warrantied for a period of 90 days for defects in materials and workmanship. Anything found to be defective within this period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
How long will my order take to ship?
At Down Under Signs & Graphics, we strive to get every order processed, manufactured, boxed and shipped out of our facility within 3 business days. Depending on where you're located and the shipping method selected, delivery time can be anywhere from 1 to 5 business days.
On some orders, the number of colors, material and quantity may increase the production time to more than 3 business days. If this occurs, you'll be notified by email or phone within 1 business day of placing your order.
